Bluebird GTM

Revenue teams run on four disconnected systems. We close the loop with AI, built on Claude.

We build the Closed Loop™ with your team on Anthropic's Claude, configured with your own call transcripts, wins and losses, and CRM. Hands-on, in weeks, not months.

We built it on our own number first: a ~$10M ARR revenue team, measured in HubSpot before and after.

Your GTM plan is already out of date. You just haven't noticed.

You built it in January. A spreadsheet, cells locked. Top-of-funnel goals. Lead source mix. Conversion rates by product, source, rep. All of it snapshotted into a board deck, and then frozen in time while the actual business kept moving.

By Q2 the assumptions are stale. By Q3 the model and the reality have drifted so far apart you stop referencing the plan and start running on gut. By Q4 you're presenting a board “GTM update” that has nothing to do with the plan you presented twelve months earlier.

For a $5–50M ARR company, that gap between the plan and the reality is where quarters quietly go to die.

These aren't strategy problems. They're systems problems. The four systems that need to talk to each other (tracker, coach, business case, deal desk) don't. The Closed Loop connects them.

  • Coaching happens once a week.
  • Every rep builds the business case differently.
  • The gap between plan and reality widens every quarter.

What it looks like when it works.

We built it on our own number first. A B2B SaaS revenue team Brad ran, ~$10M ARR at the time, with three sales motions, HubSpot, Gong, and a methodology that existed on paper but wasn't enforced in the field. We built the full Closed Loop in two weeks.

The Closed Loop.

One system. Four touchpoints. The three metrics that matter.

Every named deal moves through all four on the same data model. Tracker diagnoses. Coach prescribes. Business case quantifies. Deal desk closes. Then the tracker measures the outcome, and that feeds the next cycle.

Your team already bought AI for meeting prep, follow-up and the CRM. It works around the deal, not in it. The Closed Loop connects what you already have and puts Claude where the deal actually happens.

01

GTM Tracker: diagnose and measure

What it does

Claude pulls live from your CRM: what the team has actually closed, pipeline coverage against the year, and a forecast on every open deal. Board updates stop being a slide and become a link. You stop getting surprised in Week 11.

02

Sales Coach: prescribe the move

What it does

A Claude coach trained on your own wins and losses, one per sales motion. A rep drops in a call the moment it ends and Claude scores it: the real stage, the gap, and the next move. Coaching used to happen once a week; by Tuesday your reps have had more of it than a month of 1:1s used to give. New reps get coached on every call from week one.

03

Business Case Engine: quantify with the buyer

What it does

Claude pulls the numbers the buyer let slip on calls (“four people touch this,” “10k orders a month”) into a cost model in their own words, and flags what’s still missing. Your rep walks in with a draft to react to, not homework to assign. Empathy doesn’t get funded. Numbers do.

04

Deal Desk: price and close

What it does

Discounts aren’t a pricing strategy. They’re a confession the business case didn’t land. The business case flows straight into the proposal, and Claude checks every discount ask against the number on file. The deal desk stops being a haggling session and becomes a mirror.

What it won't do

  • Read the room, or tell you who the buyer actually defers to.
  • Ask the fourth question when the call already feels finished.
  • Find the deal your ideal customer profile doesn’t cover yet.

That's still your best reps. The Closed Loop clears the board so they can do it, and closes the gap between them and everyone else.

Built on Claude.

Every part of the Closed Loop runs on Claude, Anthropic's AI. We didn't start by selling it. We built with it on our own revenue team first, and we still do.

So when we build yours, it's the same work we run on our own number, not a demo and not a tool we resell.

Why Claude

At the time, ChatGPT didn't have a good way to personalize and build quality decks and presentations from what we learned on a call. Claude did. Claude Design was the unlock.

Claude is made by Anthropic. Bluebird GTM is an independent firm and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

We build it with you. In weeks, not months.

Because it's AI-native. Not custom software, not a six-month implementation.

The old way to build an ideal sales cycle: fly the team in, a week in a room, two months of drafts, final-FINAL.docx, then a folder nobody opens. We build one per sales motion from your own win and loss transcripts, and it keeps updating as new deals close.

01
Discovery

Map your sales motions, methodology, and existing data — transcripts, win/loss post-mortems, CRM.

02
Build

Deploy the Tracker, Coach(es), Business Case Engine, and Deal Desk — all configured to your actual GTM plan.

03
Adopt

Reps use the Coach daily on their own; you use the Tracker weekly. Adoption spreads when your top earner pulls ahead with it. You know it's working when reps start building their own agents.

04
Tune

As new wins and losses come in, the Coach updates. It never goes stale.

Is it a fit?

  • $5M–$50M ARR, with 4+ quota-carrying reps
  • A defined sales methodology (Value-Based Selling, MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or similar), applied consistently
See all five criteria
  • Call transcripts for 5+ winning deals per motion, plus at least one real loss post-mortem, not “we lost on price”
  • HubSpot or Salesforce with clean stage and source tagging, and a deal desk process, even if it runs in Slack and spreadsheets
  • A CRO and CFO who will co-sponsor it

Not the right fit yet: enterprise (too political, too slow to deploy) or SMB (can't justify the cost). The loss post-mortem is the hardest bar to clear, and it decides how sharp the coach can be.

If that sounds like your team, let's talk. 30 minutes.

Book a Call

Built by a sales leader who got tired of waiting for RevOps.

Brad Habansky

I'm Brad Habansky. I've spent my career in early-stage B2B sales, building teams, building pipeline, and presenting too many board decks built on January assumptions.

I built the Closed Loop from scratch, not as a side project, but as the actual operating system for how a revenue team runs. Live tracker. Motion-specific coaches trained on real wins and losses. A business case engine that feeds directly into the proposal. A deal desk that enforces pricing instead of defending discounts.

Bluebird GTM exists to build that for other early-stage revenue teams. Faster, and without the RevOps team.

I also host The Winding Road Show, a podcast where executives look back at the real path that got them there.

Let's look at your GTM together.

What happens on the call

  • 30 minutes with Brad Habansky.
  • We’ll ask about your motions, your data, and where the quarter is breaking.
  • You’ll leave with a clear read on whether the Closed Loop is the right fit, and what building it would actually take.
